Abkhazia will pass to the telephone codes given by Russia, from November, 15th. About it reports agency "Apsny". «Transition to new codes will take place at 00.00 o'clock on November, 15th this year. Codes will operate on all republics», - has told representative of the de facto president of Abkhazia Kristian Bjania. Abkhazia has received the Russian telephone codes for fixed and mobile communication according to the memorandum, issued on September, 28th in Moscow. Telephone codes in the Russian zone of numbering – «7» are given Abkhazia. For fixed-line telephony the code «840», for mobile communication – «940» will be given.
