Mayor said the municipal government should not be held responsible for the facts of poisoning, but in addition, it should carry out measures to prevent such facts. Tbilisi mayor proposes holding special teams, which will be staffed by the municipal officials and the experts of the gas distribution company. The teams will be in charge of solving problems tied with the natural gas systems in Tbilisi.
