Red Cross maintains contact between hostages and their families
The Red Cross is the only international organization, which manages to get information about the state of the four underaged Georgians kidnapped from the village of Tirdznisi on November 4 from the Tskhinvali; however, the representatives of the organization refrain from making public the reports about the hostages. They say the goal of their participation in this incident is to keep the children and their parents in contact. The representatives of another international organization in Georgia, UN, are demanding unconditional fulfilment of all obligations stipulated in ceasefire agreements. The organization says the use of children as tools for reaching goals is unacceptable in any conflict.
