Regional governor laid wreaths on the grave of Nino Toidze, one of the 20 young Georgians, who were killed by Russian soldiers on April 9, 1989. Nino Toidze was buried in her native village of Likhaura, Guria Region. Relatives, friends and regional authorities went to the grave to commemorate the tragedy victim.
Nato Giorgadze was also commemorated in the village of Khidistavi today. Public figures, relatives and friends went to the grave together and paid respect to all victims of the April 9 tragedy.
